Luxury Car Dealer Faces Charges for Multi-Million Dollar Theft and Tax
Clayton Thom, the bigwig behind the infamous CNC Motors, is in hot water after being slapped with charges for playing a shell game with customers' luxury rides and allegedly pilfering over $4 million. This high-flying dealership owner, known for dealing in dream machines, is accused of turning his upscale car lot into a crime scene. Allegedly, Thom sold cars on consignment and then left the original owners in the dust without a dime. To add fuel to the fire, he's also charged with cooking the books to dodge paying his fair share of taxes. It's a high-speed chase to the courthouse for Thom, who's facing the music with a string of victims and the IRS on his tail. If you're craving the gritty details of this luxury car caper, put the pedal to the metal and head over to The Drive's full exposé here.

CIF Southern Section football quarterfinals includes a rematch between Rancho Cucamonga vs Murrieta
Get ready for a high-octane rematch that's got the makings of a gridiron classic! Rancho Cucamonga is strutting back onto the field to face Murrieta Valley, looking to duplicate their nail-biting 29-27 season-opening win. But don't count Murrieta Valley out just yet â they're coming off a heart-pounding 43-40 playoff smackdown against Damien, with Dorian Hoze bulldozing through the defense for a whopping 199 yards and three touchdowns. And let's talk about Bear Bachmeier, Murrieta Valley's quarterback, who's slinging the pigskin like a pro, racking up 243 yards and connecting with Camden Connor not once, but twice for touchdown glory.
The Nighthawks aren't just an offensive juggernaut â their defense is a brick wall, piling up seven sacks last game, with Troy Karg and Hunter Letua each claiming a piece of that quarterback-crushing pie.
But the top-seeded Rancho Cucamonga isn't shaking in their cleats. They kicked off their playoff run by trouncing Edison with a 35-14 score. Trey Wilson was a human highlight reel, tearing up the turf for 153 yards and scoring three times, while Emiliano Villareal chucked a pair of touchdown beauties to Jonah Dawson. And let's not forget Kyren Condell, the Cougars' defensive dynamo, who snagged six tackles and recovered two fumbles.
Strap in, sports fans. This clash of the titans is one for the books, and only one team can come out on top!
